USA Hockey announced the 42 players that will participate in this year's third annual CCM All-American Prospects game on September 25th in Buffalo.
It is no surprise that four former Valley Jr Warrior players headlined that announcement!
Two potential top-10 picks - Noah Hanifin and Colin White - were named to the roster as well as Casey Fitzgerald and Cam Askew. All four players are former VJW standouts, who were part of the nationally-ranked VJW '97 Elite squad that advanced to nationals two times in three years.
Hanifin, White and Fitzgerald left the Warriors to compete for the U.S. National Under-17 Team (USHL) last season. Askew, meanwhile, was a top draft pick in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League who last year competed for the Moncton Wildcats.
