The Warriors' Noah Hanifin was
recognized by the New England Hockey League (NEHL) for his continued
outstanding play this season. The member of the VJW '97 Elite squad was
named the '97 Division NEHL Player of the Week for his play during the
week ending November 21. During a seven-day stretch in which his team
posted a 3-0 record, Hanifin posted two key assists during a 6-0 victory
over the Glades and then exploded for four goalsto pace the Warriors to an 8-0 blanking of the team from Vermont.
Hanifin has been a key offensive cog for the
VJW '97 Elites this season. The team currently stands atop the NEHL '97
Division with a 13-0-1 record. Just last week, the Warriors finished
second at the 2010 Warrior Thanksgiving Tournament. Congratulations to
Noah and the entire Warriors squad on a great performance.
